Who we are
Our website address is https://changeachildinitiative.com. It is the official web location for the Change A Child Community Initiative, an organization created to help young children in underserved areas improve their environments and the world at large. Our website is a central hub that contains or leads to all our social media and internet accounts, meaning it embodies our web presence and also contains information about our events and updates.
What data is collected
We typically collect visitors’ names, email addresses, and addresses before certain steps can be carried out on the website.
To subscribe to our newsletter, a visitor is required to provide their name and email address. Also, for regular contact, partnerships, and volunteer requests, the visitor is required to provide their organization name, and details about their expected relationship with CACI, to see if their vision aligns with ours. Lastly, a visitor may be required to provide their name and email address, as well as their address details. These details are important to help us keep track of donations, partnerships, and volunteer requests effectively, and they will ALWAYS remain within CACI. They will never be shared with any external party or organization.
What data is not collected
We do not accept comments on our pots and updates.
We do not collect any information for account creation, subscription, or any such actions.

We do not monitor your use of our website for any reason. The pages you visit, the actions you take, and the sites you exit to, are not documented or recorded.
We do not allow the uploading of media or information by visitors on our website. For now, it is purely for information purposes, and no shareable input can be uploaded.
Donations
When you make donations on our website, we collect the donations you make through a secure third-party platform called Give, and we process the payments using the Paystack payment gateway.
You have the option to make anonymous donations.
When you donate, you are allowed to create a donor account and also given access to a donor dashboard. Your name and email address provided during the donation is sufficient to set this up. The process might also involve verification of your email address.
